Diamond received Up-To-Date vaccines and food  from our Wellness & N1 program. Sheryl B . now also volunteers in our N1 Nutrition One Program. She came to us needing assistance due to financial struggles in buying food and care for both FAMs.

RESCUES ON85TH led a successful event in partnership with the Birmingham Humane Society and a local Girl Scout troop. The event focused on spay/neuter education and animal welfare, empowering the community to take action in preventing pet overpopulation.

​RESCUES ON85TH partnered with WBRC 6 News to raise awareness about pet nutrition. The event highlighted our efforts to provide quality dog food to cats and dogs in need, ensuring they receive the proper nourishment for a healthy life.

​RESCUES ON85TH hosted a heartwarming event where furry family members and their parents shared their best bedtime stories. In celebration, orthopedic chewy beds were given away to help ensure comfort and restful sleep for pets in need. This event brought joy and comfort to families while strengthening bonds with their beloved companions.

RESCUES ON85TH participated in the Mardi Gras celebration at the BJCC, using the event as an opportunity to raise awareness about spay/neuter education. The event brought together the community to promote responsible pet care and the importance of controlling pet overpopulation.

​RESCUES ON85TH partnered with Comforts of Care Veterinarian Clinic’s mobile clinic to provide rabies vaccinations to furry family members in the community. This event was part of our ongoing commitment to promoting the health and safety of pets in the region, offering an essential service to pet owners in need."

Brittnie was struggling financially and was experiencing food insecurity within the household. As we partnered with the Lovelady Center. Brittnie was able to receive Dog Food and a NEW  Orthopedic Bed for MILO from Bark box..

Supporting families and their furry family members with pre-packaged food and supplies. This supplemental program ensures fair distribution while fostering a compassionate community.

​RESCUES ON85TH hosted a photo event at the Alabama Spay and Neuter Clinic to raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering. Families and furry family members came together to support responsible pet care and help prevent overpopulation.

Providing free or low-cost microchipping to help furry family members stay safe and reunited if lost. A simple chip can make a lifetime of difference!
