The Product Analyst conducts manual, computerized. and functional tests of all company product lines, components, and subassemblies make adjustments for conformance to specifications and quality standards, routinely document the results, and perform some required by assemblers. This position reports results to the Marketing Team Leader.

Product Analyst

Read and interpret processes, visual aids, control drawings and bill of materials
Visually check work pieces for obvious defects and damages
Obtain fixtures, select special test equipment or provided customized equipment for product test applications, involving analog and digital instrumentation
Connect meters, instruments and products to conduct test manually
Select appropriate computer programs for specified products, place and position product into fixture, key in prescribed programs to perform test sequence
Make adjustment to products to meet operating specifications, stamp acceptable units and place in designated location
Use computer programs to record data, back flush material, and view or change BOM
Segregate components, subassemblies and products not meeting specifications, tag rejects and indicate or attach computer printouts indicating reasons for rejects
Make minor repairs or parts replacements as needed
Prepare and maintain records and reports of types and quantity of defects and call attention to excessive or recurring defects

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift or move up to 50-75 lbs.
A background check and drug screening are required for employment.
